Or a text file or spreadsheet with job code, and pay rate only. We are aware that our favorite trade association has modified job codes. We can accept the old codes, the new codes, or both.

Since our primary reason for doing this is to provide a service, not create a margin, we only charge enough to cover our production cost. The unit price will $275 per subscribing organization. When the survey is ready for distribution, all participants will be provided with a participant list, and a link to download. We believe in try before you buy.
